'The Incan infusion' - The ancient Incan's are known well for their deep connection to the spiritual concepts that create modern day spirituality. This blend of Amazonian plants is brewed for promoting all forms of meditation. we've found that vibrational frequencies have a large impact on the effects of this tea, and will align the user with their intent.
'Nordic meditation' - this tea is designed to reconnect the user with nature. Meditation doesn't necessarily have to be sat in a room breathing, it could be a long walk in the woods. This tea is perfect when experiencing nature at its finest and reconnects people to the beautiful land that we come from.
Incense
Incense can help support meditation by creating a calm and consistent sensory environment that encourages relaxation and focus. The gentle aroma released as incense burns can signal to the mind that it is time to slow down and become present, helping establish a routine that prepares the body for meditation. Many of the scents offered are often associated with mindfulness practices and are valued for their warm, soothing scents. The slow rising smoke can also act as a visual reminder to breathe steadily and remain focused, reinforcing the meditative atmosphere, and allowing you to go deeper into serenity.
When using our products to meditate, we suggest waiting 15-30 minutes before beginning your session. Our personal sessions use this mnemonic, B.C.M.F, Be Calm, Mind Focused
B - breathing
C - comfort
M - music
F - focus
Before you begin, take some deep breaths, slow everything down and place yourself in the moment, make yourself comfortable, select some music based on the intent behind the session, and focus your mind.
Musical Guidance
When meditating, music can be very important for the outcome of the session. When music is played, it produces vibrations. Those vibration will interact with your body, vibrating your eardrums at the same level, sending electro neuro communications to the brain on those same frequencies. Different vibrational frequencies have been found to have different effects on the brain and mind, below is a list of some of our personal favourite frequencies, and some useful links which could provide more information, should you be interested. There is also a link to our YouTube channel where a playlist has been made containing all of our favourite vibrational frequencies.
417 Hz - Cleanse of negative energy
396 Hz - Promotes positivity
528 Hz - Release inner conflicts
741 Hz - Emotional detox
285 Hz - Supports the body's natural healing process
963 Hz - Connection to divine consciousness
If this kind of music isn't your cup of tea, we can recommend Tuvan throat singing, Tibetan singing bowls, pan flute music, and Amazonia. (we also have playlists of these on our YouTube)
