Thank you for shopping with the sleepy teapot. We take pride in offering high-quality herbal teas and incense products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable herbal teas and incense), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unopened and unused in its original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened herbal tea packages

  • Opened incense packs

  • Used products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for our team to approve the return request

  4. Ship the product back following the instructions provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
